Helpful information

Questions before you start.

Landscaping is a significant investment. Here are straightforward answers to the questions we are asked most often.

Good to know

Planning your project

If your question is not covered here, call us or send an enquiry. We will be happy to talk it through.

How much will it cost?

Every project is priced around its specific requirements, so we do not publish a standard range. Following a free site visit, we prepare a clear written quote. Our pricing reflects the experience of the team and the agreed materials and scope.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. We arrange a visit to discuss the project and measure the space, then normally send the quote by email within a week. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

How do I pay?

Once you confirm the work, we request a 60% deposit plus VAT. The remaining 40%, plus any agreed extras and VAT, is due after the job is complete.

Do I need to be there while you are on site?

It is helpful if you can be available on the first day so we can confirm the plan and answer questions. If external power and water are available, you do not necessarily need to be there throughout the project.

Do you provide garden design?

We can advise on materials and practical construction options, but we are not garden designers. Where required, we can refer you to a local garden design team whose sketch can inform our quote.

What happens to garden waste?

We hold a waste licence and remove project waste for responsible disposal. For larger volumes, we arrange a skip.

Do you offer regular gardening services?

No. Pemberton Landscaping specialises in hard landscaping and does not provide routine garden maintenance or planting services.

How soon can work start?

Spring and summer are our busiest seasons, but we work year-round when weather permits. We aim to confirm a start date within four weeks of acceptance, although lead times can be longer during busy periods.
